Does it rotate every page or just one?

The browser tool rotates all pages by the angle you pick. The API can also rotate only specific pages if you pass a page spec.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The browser tool rotates your PDF locally on your device, so nothing is uploaded or stored. The API processes files in memory and deletes them immediately after the response.

Is the rotation permanent?

Yes. The new orientation is written into the PDF, so it opens correctly everywhere, not just in your current viewer.
